NC are just under represented on PSU, people that like freedom and rebellion I wouldn't figure to be all that well organized in any one place for too long. Take for instance the Undecided Faction would easily be absorbed by NC for everyone to be evenly matched.

TR, the bunch of mindless drones that they are and VS, the super think tanks zealots are both much better suited to warfare.
