If you haven't taken the hardware survey, go to http://planetside2.com, click "sign up", log in your acct, and click hardware survey.

Based on how things go with the tech. tests we'll begin inviting more groups of testers for closed beta, starting w/ priority keys&ps1 vets

The "technical test" invitees will be hand selected external testers based on our hardware compatibility testing needs.

PlanetSide Command Center was filmed last week, "within the next month" means "Sometime in July". We're starting with the technical test.

what's really funny is that's not what hamma was told by SOE

but you guys keep patting yourselves on the back

Knowing is half the battle and there was a reason people "bought" the PC gamer keys way back then over just getting ones thrown at them on twitter.

But whatever makes ya feel better I guess.

If they didn't give priority to people that already got beta keys then there really wouldn't be any reason to give them out.

I don't remember I took a hardware survey, and I can't find it back in my account settings. When I find a link to it it brings me to a window telling me I've already registered to the beta blabla.

Where is this god damn survey ?? Or did I take it such a longtime ago that I just forgot (and then cant get it back). What if I changed my hardware since that moment..

As far as I can see, he's just restating what's already been said before.

External tech test starts tomorrow. Probably will do more testing Friday (not sure how long those kinds of things take) and if everything runs smoothly they will start giving access early next week to PS1 vets and people who already have keys.

Normally yes - but I'd imagine with the technical test starting today it'll be probably to late :-(

lmfao how many times did I have to tell you kids PCgamer keys were the same as the the other priority keys - like the six priority keys I got from twitter.

Now you know, and knowing is half the battle. Use this knowledge to stop speculating about beta invite order.

Also, PS1 vets, this is what 'among the first' means.

There were tweets from devs saying on twitter things such as: PS1 vets are highest priority''

highEST. That brings questions of, do we have different types of piority? It is now confirmed it isn't. But don't you understand people get confused if devs are saying different things?

Also getting annoyed that they are being so cryptic. And I don't mean the beta date by that. Such as if EU people are getting let in, we only got a reaction of radarX a few months back that they ''don't have any plans on limiting the beta on region at this time'', and now a tweet from Smedly we will be in ''very SOON''

I am getting fucking sick of this soon. Just tell us if we get in at the same time or not and how much later. If we don't get in at the same time this brings an bad impression of pro7 (with already isn't good), and the game isn't even out.

Ugh.
