They can't be sued remember it is an opinion nothing more. There is no grounds for a lawsuit just because the press doesn't like your game

It unclear how many beta keys and vets are out there i'm guessing atleast 50k. Plus i would guess 20-30k vets. So even best case they are sending out 10k invites a week, we are looking at 2 months. But for all we know there could be 10k vets, time frame will really no be know till the beta kicks off next week.
Plus then they have over 100k who signed up without a key

well if currently subs. are highest priority then you have a bigy chance to get in next week, the server seems as empty/full as it was before the event was there
i would say there are no more than 3000 subs currently and thats a really high number.. more like 1000-2000 i think

Lots of people don't like the game from tech test, including myself. But nobody should form an opinion until they have played beta atleast, tech test is not a good enough build to judge the game by.

Exactly, some people who hated tech test may thoroughly enjoy the fully released game. While others who loved tech test may find those things they loved changed and they may not enjoy the full game. The good thing is that since this is f2p, once the game is released there will be no excuse for people to not at least tryout the game and see if they like it.

Actually if its a standard NDA you are not allowed to say anything about it, positive or negative. So yeah, this guy just violated a contract he signed.

True but there isn't even close to grounds for a lawsuit, it would be dismissed. All an NDA allows them is to kick you out of the beta, and make it easier to pull footage.

I had not read that review before. Its one of the better reviews I've read for ANY fps. Hope the game lives up to the hype.
