Well, this is half true and half false. For one, potential customers aren't entitled to the beta, but if you got in then you should be treated the same as the other beta testers. And, in a way, as a potential customer, I get to see what I'd potentially be spending my money on. A big part of this is how they handle our EU server, because if we encounter more problems than our counterparts and they don't make it work, then I would not be spending money on a product I cannot fully enjoy. Sure, it's still a beta and I haven't forgotten that part, but PS2 is still PS2 even in CBT, more or less. And first impressions are the ones that stick to you.
