I just think it's the new design theme. You know most people like the older cars. whether is be Mustangs T-birds or the cobra. so take some of the older designs and stream line them. EDIT so you think european cars are so far advanced compared to american cars. Lets look at the GT40. Henry Ford I think one of his sons was CEO of Ford and wanted to buy out Enzo Ferrari. Ferrari told him to go to hell. And he said ok see you next year. they built the GT40 and won the championships for 3 straight years. Enzo Ferrari and Mercedas Benz both dropped out of the competiton. After proving his point Ford pulled the GT40 out of competition.

PS If you caught my previous edit I was thinking about Jack Rousch and the Mustangs. and the constant restrctions that were placed on them.

I met the guy who designed the new mustang and thunderbird in new york a few months ago. ford contracted my uncle's advertising company to do their ads (first one was the Ford GT ad during the Superbowl, I believe) and I got to meet the guy at the office. that was cool.

For the price, the Viper is one of the most impressive cars ever made. So is a Corvette for that matter.

Im not a fan of Corvette. maybe its because theres alot of people in my state who think its the greatest thing on earth. my uncle bothers me sometimes saying how its better then a ferrari.

the only thing that could piss me off more then that is if my compy broke.

I love mustangs. fun to drive nice engine and compared to the other american sports cars namely Corvettes and Vipers, Easy to work on, only thing I've ever had trouble was a 94 mustang cobra the tranny is hard as hell to service.

you know whats funny is theyre trying to get Clint Eastwood to be the spokesperson for Fords line of new cars. I think Itll be great if that goes through. I like mustangs myself too. especially the new one.
