Just to the guys talking about the NDA & saying that they got in beta.

Your not under Any NDA until you accept the terms of the NDA.

You most likely will accept to via e-mail that leads you to a down-load link that will again when install make you accept a NDA & again the NDA will most likely pop up AGAIN the first time you boot the game.

To everyone that gets a beta invite your not Under the NDA your free to say you been Invited until you accept the NDA once you accept it then you need to keep your mouth shut.

Just because someone was invited does not mean they took the invite they could say no.

I work at Combat Testing & we alpha test games from EA/Dice ayzenberg crytech visceral outspark gaikai THQ kaos & other big game makers.

The NDA is not something to take lightly & you need to understand that SoE can do allot more then strip your beta away they can go as far as put you behind bars if you do enough leaking.

PLEASE read the NDA don't blindly accept it it takes 5min to read if its a long one don't just mindlessly click accept.

While all of this is true, no one is entitled to get beta access, they can take it from you at any time, regardless of breaching the NDA.
So if its SOEs policy to ban everyone from beta who boasts about getting in on the forums they can do that.
