I just wanted to say goodbye, as I will be leaving Sony today to move to Dallas, and work with Nerve Software. I have enjoyed my time chatting with you guy's over the years, along with creating such a great game. For those that don't know who I am, I was a 3D Artist on the team for the St. Louis office. I also wanted to say that it has been a honor to work amongst the talent on this team, and let you the community know, that they really care about the game. From what I've seen, you all have some great things to look forward to, and I know that you will find them as cool as I did.
Take care everyone, and I'll still be seeing you in Planetside Brett Briley 3d Artist Planetside P.S: I just wanted to make sure that I said a personal goodbye to the Planetside-Universe community here, I realize that I haven't been stopping in lately..but things have been hectic for me. I will try and stop by from time to time, as I have made some good friends from here. I hope the best for you all, and I will still be popping into Planetside when I can. |

Briley,
Your work and the work of the other devs on the PS team has really given this community a core with which to revolve around. The game, no matter the short-comings, is absolutely a breakthrough. I have had the pleasure of gaming with you, squading with you and just chatting with you on our TS2 server on different occasions and I have seen your enthusiasm and talent. I hope the best for you there in your newest endeavours and I know for a fact that whatever project you are involved in the future will have one of the best there is in the business. Best wishes to you with your new job at Nerve. I was fun playing with you in PS with the rest of the CDL gang. Like Hamma said don't be a stranger, keep us informed on what's going on down at Nerve.
Post some pics of your new office or something! Pics or it never happened! BTW for those of you that haven't been to Briley's site www.bbriley.com you should check it out. He has some cool pics of some PS stuff there.

Briley - good luck in your new endeavor in Big D. I'm actually a software developer myself here in Dallas. Shoot me a pm if you need some tips on some good watering holes or other fun things to do here, there's a lot. I haven't been to St. Louis, but Dallas has a lot to offer. Hope you enjoy it!

I personal dont know you but I want to thank you and all the devs for your great work. Ive played PS on and off (because of PC problems) since day one and the devs have done WAY more than most people realize.
