no because the technical test does not involve enough people to have quality footage . the only point of a technical test is to see if the drivers/hardware/OS mismatch works with the servers and game

yes that makes sense , i hope the rest of the player base will not enter a state of "absolute homicidal frenzy " or maybe they just keep the start of the beta secret until open beta like radarX suggested .

Eh? But tech tests are what SOE are doing now, anyway. I don't see how physically going to SOE is going to create a gaming environment that is any different to playing on their servers from home.

Either way, I still think he's there because of comic-con.

i remember that picture on twitter with T-ray and Higby on it . thanks TheDrone .

but i'm pretty sure beta is still for this week . wait if the beta start is Thursday and steam sales are also on Thursday ohh my days ...... well if i don't get in the first wave at least i can play steam games

If anyone's going to announce the entire project is cancelled, it should be TB.

I kind of don't want them to announce orbital strike, I'd rather be happily be playing along in beta and get nuked from orbit and watch as in game chat explodes with "awesome"s and "how do I do that!!!" messages. That is the only suitable announcement by the devs to introduce that feature.
