Some ideas:

Battle rifles, I finally want a dev word on this heavily debated class of guns.
Mini map, probably the most requested overhaul feature still missing in the road map.
Indarside 2: What can be done about the problem every server (except Miller) is experiencing atm?
GU 2 review: What did it do for general gameplay improvement?
Server population: How big is the 4th army and is it noticeable?

Well, if all goes to plan, these will probably have been buffed by the time of the Squad Beacon (supposed to be getting buffed in update 03). Unless you mean in some other sense than their viability/usefulness as weapons.

I'd like to participate!

Definitely should talk about population concerns, and how vastly different the game plays on different servers.

i.e. Mattherson vs. Waterson vs a LOW pop server.

Orbital Strikes - Hate shown on the Roadmap, mostly by those who don't understand the point of them.

Talk about new weapons being added, how some really don't feel like sidegrades, and feel mostly like upgrades.

1: The positives about the game. That is a good discussion. As there are many we over look
2: Smaller outfits role in the game. How are others doing and what?

Also this, If y'all have anyone who's in a smaller outfit I'd like to hear how they're doing thus far. I'm in a larger outfit so I don't really get to see the game from all angles.
Also also, any discussion or speculation on Clegger's supposed work on outpost revamps would be cool to hear.

I'd also like to know if they plan to lower the prices on some weapons. It would be nice to have an "entry level" shotgun for 250 certs.

Several months since release. What do you guys think about the current state of MBTs, and should multi-crew MBTs finally make a return?

Haven't had this subject in a while, and I honestly think with the recent balance problems and their overwhelming presence during zergs, it should be discussed
