i don´t own oven mitts.

hey, playing with heavyly obstructed view is also hard as mitts, anybody willing to pay 100$ SC for playing wearing nothing but a stormtrooper helmet?

Hmm, I recorded a session wearing an oven mitt but I don't think it's fit to post........in my defense the contest did not specify the oven mitts had to be on your hands....

I wonder what the odds are that two left handed people who actually use the mouse in their left hand would make videos back to back for this. I've literally never seen another gamer use their mouse in their left hand; we should start a club MarauderShields.

hmm, back in the day when i played ps1, i played lefty style as well, using mouse with left hand and numbers block on keyboard on my lap.
but that was because of my desk and chair setup and the lack of space i had at that time. nowadays i switched hands and play rightmoused and wasd.
mostly because of the lack of lefthanded logitech gamer mouses on the market.

Started out with it many years ago and have too much time invested in the control scheme to easily change my muscle memory now. Unfortunate since I have to end up rebinding every game to fit my scheme. Maybe if I get a desk with more space I'll start looking at converting to wasd.

Finding a compatible mouse is no easy task. I actually used to run a Microsoft Intellipoint that was ambidextrous, but I needed something with more buttons and DPI settings. The MX518 isn't ideal, but it works well enough.

I used to run IJKL for the longest time, but switched back to WASD for easier access to shift/ctrl for MMO's (My pinky finger on my right hand is useless thanks to a horrific basketball injury in middle school, makes it impossible to hit those buttons on the right side).

I like the Left Hand Deathadder Razer puts out. It's definitely a bit *XTREME GAMER* for me, but I also want to support companies willing to put out left handed stuff. I have to turn all the lights off so my hands don't sweat like crazy, but it's got a good form factor for lefties looking for extra buttons.

I worked with a guy years ago had an accident and surgery on his right hand. For work he started using a trackball with his left hand. After re-cooperating he found he didn't have the same ability to move his wrist and fingers for gaming with his right hand and had a hard time with his left with a normal mouse so continued playing Tribes with a left handed trackball. I must say he managed surprisingly well with it.

Great FNO last night! There wasn't enough time to get to the announcement of this contest's winner, so I think we're all dying to know - who won!? Oh and, how many total submissions made it in? Did you accept late submissions because . . . some of us worked our butts off to get it in on time.

Yeah, I'm going to compile them all, pick the winner and play portions of the top three on the next Friday Night Ops show (on the 21st).
