Riot is now recruiting for all squads. TR faction NA server

About us: We are a fairly new clan who value real life over game time. If you are looking for a group of people that game to live keep on moving. We like to have fun while we game but this does not mean that we are not serious about objectives. All of our current membership get along very well and share a lot of laughs in TS while playing Blacklight. We are looking to form a 100 man outfit to start with. When joining Riot you get to choose what you want to do, you will not be assigned to a job, if you want to fly, then fly. If you want to drive a tank then do that, we will never force you into a role you do not want to play.

Requirements: You must be 18+ years of age (under will be decided on a case by case basis). Have a working headset and be willing to use TS3. We also ask that you be drama free, that means if you have a conflict with another member please resolve it among yourselves. The leadership is not here to babysit and make everyone play nice, I have two small children at home that I have to provide conflict resolution to and I do not want to do that in my leisure time as well.

Application process: First go to www.Riot-Clan.com and fill out an application. Once we have reviewed your application we will want to set up a meeting in TS just to get to know you a little better. When that is done as long as you are approved you will be given full access to the site.

Command structure: For starters we will have 5 core officers 5 platoon leaders (20 men per) and 10 squad leaders(10 men per)(TBD depending on final squad size in game). As we grow so will the leadership so there will always be room to advance if you wish. We will not be assigning individual ranks, because that can become a full time job just keeping up with that and secondly we want everyone in a squad to be on equal footing.
