It looks great and all, but it feels like a standard Super Sentai, Goranger-style inspired Vanu helmet rather than a nondescript NS one.

Imo, it should be strictly Vanu. It's hard to picture TR wearing this. It looks way off. For the NC, it has some similarities with the Nightstriker, but it's still easily and unmistakeably Vanu looking more than anything.

I don't know about that. I could see this in red for TR and Blue for NC. I think it would work. NY Giants and the Dallas cowboys use the same helmets and same equipment and wear. How do you tell them apart? Colors.
And if that isn't enough you still have a little triangle above your head indicating your faction.

Honestly this seems like a terrible idea to me - it's already hard enough to tell one faction from another, especially when customisation is involved - and this is just going to make things even worse. We need the different factions to be more distinctive-looking, not less.

It's really cool but it looks Vanu for sure. It really shares none of the characteristics of the NS weapons. Definitely not a NS helm. But I'd pay for it on my Vanu in a second!

i honestly never got this argument, i feel the IFF in the game is pretty good..i honestly dont think the same helmets are going to make it hard to tell the difference between friend and foe.

Agree with Nur. Artistically - looks great! Game design wise... what were they thinking?

Its already hard enough to tell friend from foe. I know, lets have everyone able to wear the same armour...

I'd love to see a dev response on this.

EDIT: That being said, no problem if this is just an NS helmet for Vanu (as it looks very vanu)
