Being able to play the same character on PS4 and PC

Since there wont be any cross play between PS4 and PC i would still suggest that the users will be able to use the same accounts with the same characters on both platforms (or maybe some kind of link between PS4 and PC accounts) so that when making progress on the PS4 also gives the same progress on the PC account.
