So there I am in my little civic sitting on the red light... I look in my rear-view mirror and what do I see? A "Cavalier" coming right at me... at around 80km an hour not slowing down... breaks at the last second and hits me... of course her breaking didn't stop sweet fuckall since it's raining.
So now I have about 4000$ of damage... no car for a while either... But I'm not responsible so I won't pay for any of it... I guess that's the good part...

I can't sue... I sadly live in Canada... I wasn't hurt but the dumb bitch driving hit her head on the wheel and was unconcious for a while. I think the only way I could sue is if I was rendered handicapped by the accident... or else I would sue. I could use a couple of grands

In the UK fault is assigned to the person with front bumper damage by default (leading to some nasty trends whereby drivers intentionally brake for no reason in front of lorries). Here's hoping she gets some points on her license for dangerous driving!
