What is Xen of Onslaught
Xen of Onslaught was formed prior to the release of the original Planetside. We started out as a smaller outfit with around 50 dedicated players and quickly bloomed into a much larger outfit during beta and into release. Xen quickly became one of the top ten outfits on the Emerald server using our effective military style communication and tactics during outfit assaults. Since Planetside, Xen of Onslaught has branched out into many other online games where our community has continued to grow and expand. We have always remained true to our roots and continue to use the skills, tactics and leadership that we perfected during our time in Planetside. We excel at building long term members and friendships and our community is a testament to that.

Play style:
Our primary focus is having fun while using structure and tactics to maximize damage to our enemies. We promote strong leadership and teamwork.

Recruitment
We are actively seeking members of the Vanu Sovereignty to help us crush the Terran Republic and New Conglomerate and conquer Auraxis in the name of the Vanu.

If you are set on going VS, you would be hard pressed to do better then Xen. I hope Xen does well with their recruiting as they are definitely a good group.

What made XoO's Planetside Division great, and what I believe will help make it great again in PS2, is its unique ability to balance the heavy strategy and efficiency standards of result-driven gameplay with the strong community ties you'd find only in a group who considers friendship very closely associated to guild membership.

I remember my VS, and joining the XoO novelty, and large ts server where you weren't allowed to talk, and then sent to raid a cont and blow every gen. No thanks. My PG outfit has proven itself.

Happy to see XoO return.

I doubt many of the members who are around still, besides Dance and Dash, would remember me (and it's been so long they probably won't either), but I was the 4th or 5th Member to actually join XoO before the Planetside Beta had even begun. Hanging out with Dash in mIRC waiting patiently for beta to start was always fun lol.

I was Insidious to just clarify lmao. Stopped playing about a year after release to do more outside things and just lost touch with the outfit etc.

Glad to see you guy's back and hope we won't be on opposite empires, but alas I follow DT wherever we go so we shall see

It's okay if voice communication discipline isn't something that you care about when dealing with multiple platoons. XoO was fielding multiple squads or Air, Armor and Infantry, order needs to be maintained with that many people.
Also, if such a minor thing as "tactics" aren't important to you I can understand. Not everyone likes to sacrifice some short term fun in order to help your Faction. XoO has, and will continue to make strategic decisions in Planetside when applicable.
