Relatively New Medic Looking for Small Outfit

I just returned to PS2 from a long hiatus and am wondering if there are any relatvively small outfits out there looking to employ a team-oriented medic into their ranks? My only real requirement is that the outfit be TR; I play on Waterson but I would be able to start a new character on another server if necessary. You guys sound like a pretty good fit for me. A few questions: do you require some sort of website/forum membership for the people in you outfit? Is there a teamspeak channel that is used, or is it in-game chat that is more commonly used?
