Rolling character wipe for all BR5's and under that havnt logged in for 60+ days

I and a few guys in my outfit have name tags which we failed to get hold of when the game launched, it is extremely annoying to do a search on these character names and see them being used by BR0-5 characters that are clearly inactive or have never been used (BR0), particularly if you had been using that tag yourself in PS1 for over 9 years. A rolling wipe would free up these name tags for active players to use and so we would see less tags with numeral or xX[name]Xx prefixes and suffixes around them.

Don't think they are going to be willing to do this simply because people might come back.

Well it's not like they'll lose anything. If they bought anything with SC, it's account-wide. If they spent any certs at all, they're easily gained back to purchase whatever they bought at that level. Really, it's not an inconvenience at all for them.
