Been running into more issues lately trying to monetize my Youtube videos (http://youtube.com/user/WarpathWrel) and I have no idea what the issue is.
So I'd like to know what: A. SOE's stance on gameplay -> youtube monetized videos is. B. Where I can find some documentation/who I can contact about it to allow me to post these sorts of things. I've combed the Terms of Service and End User Agreements and come up with nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

(The following is hearsay) Games are in a fishy legal state as far as making videos of them and posting them online and streaming. Technically you're making a video of content another person made and therefore it's breaking copyright. However, enforcing such would deny game companies free advertising that such videos provide and seriously harm the communities around their games and destroy their good names. So I'd say take a cue from other channels that have gaming content on them and monetize their content.
