Improvement: Platoon Lead Options

The Platoon Lead, unless he is also a Squad Lead, is unable to;

Set Offensive Requests
Set Defensive Requests
Set Smoke flares
Drop a Spawn Beacon
Set Any Squad Way Points
Move Himself/Herself to any Squad.

This does not make much sense to me. You are the commander of 47 other soldiers and you can't direct them effectively.
When one of your Squad Leads goes AWOL your stuck. What usually happens is they are engaged in combat and you have your head in the map. It makes more sense to be able to place the objectives for you squads

The Platoon Leader should be enabled to lead efficiently. Allow him/her to;

Set Offensive Requests
Set Defensive Requests
Set Smoke flares
Drop a Spawn Beacon
Set All Squad Way Points
Move Himself/Herself to any Squad
