Unfortunately It won't convince SOE to solve that problem with Croatian IP addresses that are being blocked for unknown reason It is been more than 3 weeks now

Is SOE is purposefully blocking IP's or did they just mess something up with networking?

They messed something up.I did send them an email and they said they are aware of the problem.Few days latter I called my internet provider and they said that they are in contact with SOE and problem is from their side.Again, few days later,I sent another email to SOE and response was not promising.

Here is their last response:

"Greetings,

My name is Tim, I am the International Customer Service Manager for ProSiebenSat.1 Games GMBH.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide service to some regions for a variety of reasons."


It feels that they don't bother too much since it is only one internet provider and small country.On the other hand I know they have many other things to fix and I know it is not easy job, but It would be very nice if they could provide this game for everyone,after all it shouldn't take much of their time.
They already know that they are blocking 2 of 3 Ip adresses from my provider so it is matter of minutes to solve.
I wanted to post on official site but I can't connect there,other words,no one with same problem can not connect from their PC to their site and that would make problem gone sooner.
