Introducing SOCA: Special Operations Command Australia

SOCA Battalion - formerly SOGA - is an aggressive, highly disciplined and realism-oriented outfit. With several hundred members, SOCA has evolved to become one of the most effective and formidable fighting units to wear TR colours.

If you make it into SOCA, you will be expected to jump when told, no ifs or buts, and no countermanding orders. In return, you'll get the best possible in-game experience, build core leadership and decision-making skills - and of course be rewarded with countless certs.

We generally have at least one recruiter online during both official and informal operations, which are held most nights (and days) of the week. Anyone interested in joining SOCA is welcome to hop onto an official public SOCA squad in-game, and ask about recruitment using platoon chat.

On joining SOCA, all new recruits will be required to set their in-game rank to Private / PFC, with PFC decals - no exceptions. We follow a strict rank structure, and as all SOCA personnel will tell you, this is just one of the aspects that makes being a part of our outfit so enjoyable and rewarding. You will be promoted on the basis of merit and your actions on the field, according to the testimony of your superiors.

We strongly recommend that prospective recruits get hold of a functioning microphone. Upon joining SOCA, you will be asked to register on our website (details provided in-game) and fill out an enlistment form.

Be advised: SOCA is a TR-only outfit. It has come to our attention that some outfits have sprung up with names resembling ours, sometimes wearing NC or VS colours: these units are in no way affiliated to the official SOCA outfit.
