The only problem is that you have to get it back in order to find the GPS info. If that wasnt the case I would be all over this thing. err, I mean, neat idea!

They do that here to prove where your pets have been abroad, it's called a pet passport. Without one of those it's a 6 month quarentine, no exceptions.
