What's your favorite empire to use or read about as the villain in the story?

How can anyone vote NC as teh villains....? We is good! Lets us just have a look at the evil genius credentials of each empire....

Vanu Sovereignty-Instead of using guns, prefer to fry their enemies like an egg. Are obsessed with recreating ancient alien technology which will more than likely destroy them and everything else(Don't believe me? What happened to the original Vanu, hmmm?) Wear Purple.

Terran Republic-Conquered earth, teh solar system, and many other galaxies. Have destroyed nearly all individual rights. Have access to the Pounder. Wear red, the colour of blood, and black, a colour oft associated with evil.

New Conglomerate-Are fighting for freedom and goodness. Have done no overly despicable acts of noticable mention. Wear blue, the colour of life giving water, and yellow( a very happy, nonthreatening colour)the colour of just as lifegiving Sunlight.

So fleh! I have too much time on my hands...

If one looks back at most of the ninja of ancient japan, they were by no means evil, with only a small portion of the ninja population being openly violent against the samurai warlords...... This further proves my point of the NC not being evil! Good discovery, spee!

Vanu - outlaw scientist/soldiers persecuted for their pursuit of vanu knowledge. The majority of the Republic population ostracized the Vanu Sovereignty out of fear of this unknown technology.

Terran Republic - oppressive dictatorship seeking to control all freedom (NC) and technology (VS). Can't really get around that folks :\

New Conglomerate - fanatical revolutionary group seeking to crush the leadership of all other major factions. Absolutely convinced that any group not wearing blue and yellow has ill intentions for their freedom. They are brainwashed by their own propoganda. Some New Conglomerate politicians have instigated witch-hunts of "freedom-haters" within their empire to crush threats to their political power. The New Conlgomerate leadership is comprised of black-listed, former Terran politicians who invented the propoganda of freedom to garner support from the populace, in a bid to sieze power for themselves.
