nope, Tweaker is where it usally says where the artist is, the title is "DooM 3 Theme"

Well, I did about 3 minutes worth of research based on the fact that is lists 'Tweaker' as the artist in the .mp3 file info, and it looks like at least the drummer is from nine inch nails.
