XBox 360 controller keybinding problems

Hey guys, I just set up my controller and everything, but somethings wrong with my keybindings. I want to set LT to aim and RT to Fire like any old fps but when i have them like this and I hold LT to aim and when I'm aiming it won't let me shoot I can only use one or the other at a time. Anybody have the same problems or know how to fix this?

have the same problem. SOE tech support is of no use. i now use the left bumper to aim and right trigger to fire. not ideal but it works.
