I admit, that would make the boring parts of EvE far more fun.

Great video for sure saw it earlier today.

I always want to Love EVE but I am just not able to. There's just to much downtime and if I lose something it's such a pain in the ass to get it all back.

I hope the idea that pod pilots are stupid-elite compared to the random dudes in the universe stays true.

Playing some Dust players to assault a planet should cost a couple mil tops. Less than the XL railgun ammo that fucks their shit from space.

You see that new turret model/animation thing? Sweet.
Though I really wish they'd do another content expansion that had new non-faction ships in it. Need t3 frigs, at least.

I'm with you Hamma; I don't have the time to lose weeks of work in 30 seconds while I'm taking a bio-break EVE is what I class a hardcore game and I am far too casual to play it.

I do love the sandbox nature though, along with the sheer size. Incredible to think that it came out in the same year as PS and instead of having 400 people online at prime time like PS does now, it has 40,000+

50-60,000 consistantly, nightly even.

I did the 2 week trial for EVE. I probably got on only 4-5 days. The game was fun but I knew I wasn't going to buy it. I just don't have the time to put in so much effort. It would take me years to really get anywhere in this game.

Patch notes for Incursion 1.4, released April 6, 2011

Character Creator

Amarr robe has been improved.
Clothing changes are now much smoother.
The neck can now be sculpted from any angle.
The location of the avatar is unchanged when exiting and re-entering the Portrait screen.
The position of the avatar is unchanged by zooming in and out in the Portrait screen
You can no longer create a Portrait without eyes being visible within the image
Each Race-Bloodline-Gender combination now has the appropriate colors available for hair and eyebrow combinations.
An issue with removing the female bra within character creation has been fixed, unfortunately.
It seems they fixed that recently. So no. No boobies.

If Dust wasn't console only, I'd be all over it... I love the idea of EVE; the intricate politics, economy, etc. I just can't bring myself to invest so much time to get to the 'fun' stuff though...
