If you're referring to the glowy symbols on their armor, they seem to be reflective, not glowing. If you look at the pic with the Magrider, the soldier next to it isn't glowing. So in total darkness, they won't give out more light than a TR soldier's carbon fiber bits. I had a hunch that they will implement it this way, and it's brilliant (the hunch too
).
