News: Jackpot? New PTR Assets

I'm happy with this stuff. Fellow in my Outfit found this link, I thought I would share it here.

It says PTS so I'm going to presume its all stuff snuck into the Public Test Server files, and as all secret hidden goodies that we have to go digging for it's up in the air if it makes it into the live-game or not. Seeing that a lot of this stuff looks complete I'm going to "hope" it makes it in GU10, make it happen SOE! Don't ruin my dreams!

okay the vast majority of that stuff looks good & I'm really happy to see more of the classic decals made available, new armours & looks to weapons, the Infil won't look amaciated any more and might even look okay in some helms without the bobblehead effect, all that's awesome but there's just 1 point I must harp & rage on

Is there some reason why we have to have our MBT cannons off to the side other than it's some artistic and design choice fubar that you can't be bothered to rectify?
Are you concerned that the Prowler with straight firing guns will be a problem, to accurate or something?
If you have a decent argument I might even listen & agree or we can compromise on it's mechanics but this silence and/or indifference on the subject is infuriating me and I know a lot of other TR players.

Now you give the NC vanguard the extreme central gun & wedge design turret, this fastly becoming the last straw.

I hope SOE dont get problems with Disney. PS2 seems to be more and more part of the Tron franchise. Haha, i love this lumifiber stuff.

I can only guess that the side mounted barrels are a remnant from back when they wanted to put in quad barrels. There's no gameplay related reason to have them the way they are now and not just put them in the center of the turret.

looks cool but i will not have lumifiber on my men lol. maybe max but thats it. hope they do a better job of the TR MBT this time. last lumifiber on it looked bad. the other stuff looks cool though. better save for SC now lol

I think the majority of those lumifiber changes are for when they put in the ability to stack multiple cosmetics. At least that is what the Magrider and Scythe lumifiber looks like, those highlighted areas are from one of the new armor cosmetics they put out.

Oh please. Night currently hardly makes a difference. You can still see almost as much stuff as before. Unless you're deep in a canyon. Otherwise it's just glorified twilight.
