What Suit for Light Infiltry is the best to use and if I equip the med kit can I use it?

I would help you if I could, but I'm in the same boat trying to decipher this stuff.

It's frustrating you can't at least unlearn something if they're forcing us to go through a tedious trial and error process of "learning certs and cert combinations," especially since a lot of these certs are mutually exclusive to each other and they don't exactly tell us they are.

shield recharge is always going to be the best, the TTK is just too low to make any of the dmg absorbing things worthwhile, grenade bandolier is ok if you're useless and just need to spam instead.
