Anyone ever play Q-Zar?

Does anyone here remember Q-Zar, from back in the day? That place used to be my favorite place to go, because I always had a blast there. They closed the one that was in my town, and I think they've gone totally out of business. The other ones... the copy cats in my opinion, are just not as good as Q-Zar.

You'll notice that I didn't say what Q-Zar was, that way you can't try to sound cool but have no idea what I'm talking about.

They still have one a few minutes away from me, my personal favorite was Ultrazone, but they closed that down

Yeah, they're called Quasar over here, the one near me is still open.

I always wanted the 1337 spikey armour like the people in the adverts wore.

We have several decent ones near me. Theyre okay. In fact, I went with some mates yesterday:

I go to LaserQuest and play competitivly in the tournaments on the east coast. Fun stuff. There was q-zar about 3 minutes away from the LQ center a while back, they got bought out by laserweb and added in a rickety second floor or something

While I worked at LQ if anyone asked me where q-zar was for a birthday party I'd always mention it's down there between Diamonds and Hooters

Theres this one place in clearwater thats pretty wicked- whenever you tag people you get points, and then you can go to different panels hidden on the walls or whatever, shoot them, then get powerups for your gun

anything ranging from like, a machine gun, to a nuke i think

There's a Zap Zone nearby in Ann Arbor, but I don't go there much.

I remember playing laser tag once...the power went down and the doors were stuck for 4 hours, it was fun.

Play Airsoft, not Star Wars.

It used to be fun until I played recently.

When i was 9 i went with my friend all the time. We once had a big birthday party and had a bunch of friends and then another party so that was insain. But i was only little, now the closest/only place is at the beach where you get a gun that has a lazer aim, its so sad now cause I know a spot were everyone goes through and i just camp. I won 10 bucks from a friend for highest score that way.
