yeah right, i remember them going through the same motions a few years back when criticisms included poor work conditions as well as slack product support and look where we are today, worse than ever.

They wont change, its just another card in their 'make more money at any cost' game of business.

EA totally know what's going on and their reputation but they couldn't give 2 toots about it.

I know of quite a few people who hate on EA all the time, but oh? Whats that? New Sim City? BUY BUY BUY!!! It doesn't work! OH MAN I HATE EA wah wah wah Worst ever wah wah wah.

Same goes for all the GenericShooterProSnipe2000DeluxEdition Games they crap out every 6 months. So long as the sheeple keep buying them and the piss poor DLC they come out with then EA will keep making them and taking baths in $100 bills.

When games like Hotline Miami and Papers,Please do so well I can only hope that one day these guys will make it big and the narrow minded 'AAA' designers have to start thinking of something new.
