New games, High settings for a while, lower-midrange budget (or less!).
Wait for the the 660's release and hope for the best?

Radeon HD 7850 according to Tom's Hardware latest "Best Graphics Cards For The Money" article:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...ew,3107-4.html "Excellent 1920x1200 performance, Good 2560x1600 performance in most games with lowered detail" about 240$ Tom's Hardware review and benchmarks Anandtech's benchmarks

Untill the 660Ti is out which may but problebly wont come in under $300
The best card for the money is a 7870 at $255 after rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814103208 Or if you want to keep to the lower end of your range a 7850 for $219 after rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150608 But none of those 3 cards have much of a shot at PS2 in high with a decent resolution.
