Wth?

ok I bought 2 sticks of 512mb of ram for my comp cause I lag like hell when in big battles. so I try to put it in my comp and when i turn my comp on nothing happens and the warning lights on the back of my PC indicate that my computer isn't reconizing my new ram so I decide to put my old ram back in and when I turn my computer on nothing happens and the warning lights indicate that its not reconizing my old ram either. so does anyone have any idea what the hell is wrong with my computer?

3 Things Could Be Wrong

1 You Damaged the ram sockets
2 Your Motherboard (in classic planetside style) is Nerfed
3 Check your bios it might not be set to test the memory (thats if you can get into it)

Did you not touch something to rid yourself of static before installing the ram or what? It's not that easy to fry a mobo... lol

I always wonder how the Best Buy repair folks sleep at night knowing the prices they charge.

Well you have to remember that there are TONS of people out there thank think something is better just because it costs more. That's what's sad.
