Well I went to the computer fair today and bought Logitech Z-540 speaker set and a Audigy LS(?) sound card. I'm useing a MSI mobo with onboard nForce sound. Basically the sound card doesnt want to work. I know its not the speakers becuase they worked when I put them into my onboard sound. Another thing is that I know its an Audigy but it reconizes it as a "SB Audigy Audio [9000]" so i'm not sure if its the LS or not. I went into the sound properties and made sure all the defualt sound devices were using the card. The card came with a cd with drivers on it so I installed those and then looked for updated ones for the LS version but there werent any updates. My card seems to look identical to this one ,
http://www.soundblaster.com/products/audigyLS/ , but it has a longer row of pins in the rear of the card. Any help for this problem is greatly appreciated
ADD: I found out that it is the "ES" version.
