Does being revived by a Medic improve your K/D ratio?

So if a Medic revives you, does it still count as a death even though it's the same body and you didn't have to respawn? Thanks.

It still counts.

Chip is correct. The medic gets the XP and you get to fight on where you left off

Edit: It appears that with the new patch, being revived will now void the death... so I guess it will improve K/D stats.
