Hi all,
In case you missed it, the second episode of the MLG war report is now up on youtube. It follows the adventures of a player called 'Sir Scoots' around Indar for about 45 mins. What did you think of it? Again, like the first episode, I thought it was good as an introduction to the game, but lacked the competitive aspects that I would expect to see within an MLG video. I guess we'll have to wait a few episodes for the outfit vs outfit competitions to get going. Sonny |

Kinda goes with that, I think, they are trying to do for now. Attract new players. You're right, there's nothing competitive about it yet.

It was alright. SirScoots stood back for the most part from the larger fights while showing up late to others. As mentioned above they need to get right into the action more. That tower fight at the crossroads had what appeared to be some great fighting going on up in the garage and inside the tower. The camera man there should of went right up into the tower and watched the fight raging on around him. Would of been a little more entertaining imo.

I sent an e-mail to Smed asking him to talk to MLG about NOT forcing people to subscribe to MLG in order to watch the stream in HD or to chat in the room. At least not this early when the game is still in its streaming infancy. At this point, we just need to get as many people as possible watching in order to garnish interest. I had triple the amount of people watching my stream last night, and I find that both awesome, but also worrisome.
They need to show stuff like this: http://www.twitch.tv/trg_gaming/b/387649339?t=233m25s Big massive battles from the inside out. Just hovering above and looking at the whole battle is kinda boring. He agreed and said he'd talk to them about it. Last edited by Sardus; 2013-04-08 at 12:04 PM. |

Here's hoping that he does, it's certainly the reason why I don't bother watching it live.
