lebot: the local #api stat bot

Hey guys.

I made an irc bot to hang out in #api on planetside-universe.com.


It mostly keeps track of changes to the game files for me (I call that part RevDB), but the stats stuff is useful

An update to this

The bot now reports when SOE updates Planetside 2 (and the test server!)

Where is the code for the IRC stats responder? I wrote an IRC bot to query census and was curious how it compares (I'm a very amateur programmer).
