It's an ugly merit you get for visiting monoliths (crystal outcroppings in the ground) on each of the 9 original continents. So, everything but Oshur's battle islands and the caverns.
Their locations can be found in a number of places. A simple Google search revealed
this, and the locations all appear to be legit from what I remember. Knock yourself out. You get nothing for doing it, and the merit will always be attainable, but it's fun to get another merit to decorate yourself with, so more power to you.
