the NC MIGHT be able to take the amp station, but they'd get crushed five minutes after.

They look waaaaay too ugly to be Vanu. You can notice the total lack of a plan and 100% reliance on improvisation and cheesy lines.

Those guys are 100% NC. They just applied too much polish to their armor.

EDIT: They also hide in a cave and wear uniforms in informal ways.

EDIT2: She also totally disobeyed to an order.
