How will the launch be different for EU?

I heard Planetside 2 in Europe will be published by a different company from SOE. Can someone tell me how this will effect me on launch? I have an account on SOE and bought alpha squad on this.

Last info I had on the topic:

As you already have a beta account you can decide to either stay a SOE customer (your can still play on EU and US servers) or to migrate your account to Pro7Games. Everyone that enters the game from launch does not have a choice and has to create a Pro7Games account.
