Finally decided to pull the trigger on a new build, didn't really have a max budget when I started. I'm mainly wondering what my frame rates will be on high in PS2 as I am running a i5 laptop with GT540m currently.

I'm not going to peg a number for the FPS, but with all settings maxed out you will have sufficient FPS.
