In most states and in fact countries... women have no right to go around bare chested (except in Ontario)... so why should flabby men have the right?

I don't know, around my area I don't think that would be a good idea. Because the ones that I'd like to see topless wouldn't show 'em and the ones that I wouldn't want to see would show them.
