As I was searching Kazaa Lite a few days ago just remembering the days when I would wake up, not worry about bills/rent/etc, just the fact it was saturday morning and no school and cartoons till noon,
I d/l'd the first 8 episodes of Robotech because I used to love that one. And remembering back in the day(the 80's for me) when cartoons ruled, I dedicate this thread to the cartoons I used to watch/remember, so post your favorites. Mine: Robotech(Claudia I bet was an animal in bed) G.I Fucking Joe(GI JOE I MEAN)(Scarlet was my babe)(Still got mass action figures 1st generation in storage, and the hooded Cobra Commander n shit from the send in points for toys shit) The Thundercats(T-cats HO!!!!!!) The Smurfs(only one girl in the total village, Think Smurfette was a virgin?) The Snorks(*caugh*RIPOFF*caugh*) Dungeons & Dragons Transformers(More than meets the Mutha Fuckin Eye BIATCH!) damn trying to rack my brain back near 2 decades...... So far I remember Robotech, GI Joe, Transformers, Thundercats, Smurfs(leaving snorks out that was a smurf goes scuba bullshit series), AD&D(didnt watch this one too much) There we have it! My Top 4 Cartoons of the 80's are: GI JOE ROBOTECH TRANSFORMERS THUNDERCATS whats were or are your favorite cartoon series or just cartoons you used to watch/do watch?

Transformers. Transformers! TRANSFORMERS! I still have some of the toys and use them to decorate my room. My dog chewed Jazz up though, that made me so friggin' angry. Actually, the HORRIBLE new animated show made me angry, it's sinfully crappy.
G.I. Joe too, Cobra Commander had the most ridiculous torture methods. I remember the one where he tied a bunch of joes to a giant fan and turned it on. I like how it sounds like they're calling the sailor dude shitbrick when they say his name (Shipwreck). He-man was also a cool show, let no one tell you that Skeletor is not the pwn.

I could be watching GI GOE old school at near midnight?!?!? Guess I gonna have to get my cable hooked back up.....Ditched it cuz it was a waste of time I Thought! Dude I used to have all the GI Joe movies on VHS......and watch them religiously!(maybe my mother still has them!!) Roadblock used to crack me up! Destro was tappin some ass though! What was her name?

OMFG HOW IN THE BLUE HELL COULD I FORGET HE-MAN?!?!?!??!? Zorco? Skeletor? I used to have those action figures but they got lost somewhere.... BUT! I got Transformers in storage too! Like the Constructocons whole set to make the constructo warrior dude, yellow mofo that kicks ass made up of fork lifts trucks and shit! And I dont know the names of the others, but I got that big plane that seems to be modeled after the Robotech Veritech fighter with his red colored attachements.......... Those are the only two that stand out. I remember a sports-car or two in there, (never got Optimus Prime ), Ahh, used to have those movies as well. When Autobots got to earth, etc etc etc, the big planet transformer planet etc etc........ God I am getting sad to think back in the day when this real life shit was no matter.............Its good to be a kid........... "Back in the day, wish that I was a kid again"

It's GI joe against cobra the enemy, fighting to save the day. GI Joe. (and knowing is half the battle)

the original 'Space Ghost' Fantastic Four the original "spiderman" cartoon oh...soooo many others. be happy! I had to watch em all on a 13" black n white TV over antenna based reception..total of 4 channels on a good reception day. we was po' but proud! x

heh...nope. the original was from the mid to late 60's/early 70's where he was a super hero fighting crime out in the universe.
the talkshow was loosely based on that cartoon....very loosely. I still wonder how/why any part of that was revised. /shrug x

The only thing I didn't like about the Transformers cartoon was that Megatron didn't think to shoot Starscream in the face until the movie came out...I mean, seriously, if someone betrays you in EVERY EPISODE you should really kill them.
I liked the toys that didn't transform, the ones that transformed sucked because they looked really weird and usually weren't posable. And any cartoon made before 1970 (*ESPECIALLY* those by Hanna Barbera) is only good for its humor content.
