I have a labtek and it works great. They are fairly inexpensive, and they sound, and work great. the sound is clear, and the voice mic is very good.

My friend have allready wasted 3 of those plantronic headsets... but as long as there is reclamation on it, it will be ok

i have those same 25$ plantronics, they work fine for me, i've had them for a month or 2. but i also have 80$ sennhieser wireless headphones, but i bought the cheap plantronics for games that use the mic, like counter-strike and Natural Selection. if these plantronics shit out, i might buy some nice sennhieser ones with a mic if i can find one

i've been using a Koss cs100 for like... four or five years now i think. top-notch quality for voice recording and sound and it only cost me $30

Here's what I do. (and I am sure many other do it too).

I plug my regular speakers in, and just use the mic from the headset. then you don't have to care about the headset failing (unless it is the mic that is failing).
