What are the Spawn Times like?

How long are spawn times? Are spawn times effected by anything? If so what? Can you chat/command while waiting for spawn times?

Spawn times depend on how many people are trying to spawn. No you cannot talk when spawning, well maybe on teamspeak.

Pretty short, no more than 20 or so seconds. Bear in mind it is still beta, and might get changed.

In my experience it varies, not sure what makes it vary however.

Ok, just tell me this. Am I going to be sitting there, waiting to respawn for 10 minutes like I do on America's Army, or will I be back in the fight a lot faster than that?

That's my main complaint on AA, when you die, you can sit there waiting for a loooooooooong time since it has no respawning.

there are no "rounds" in PS... so its insta action ala tribes or quake. There is a spawn wait time... but it is usually not to long.

I know it's all real time, no rounds. Just as long as I don't spend half my time waiting to respawn, I'll be happy.
