ok heres a dumb question about vehicles

you dont need a cert to be a passenger right? what about a gunner? If you need a cert operate a vehicle that would not include weapons right? But then if you have this medic who isnt certified with many weapons, firing this powerful machine gun on a galexy that makes me go like whhaa?
Also do you know if implants will work with vehicles weaponry? Like zoom for the enforcer?

I would imagine being a tank/reaver/assault buggy crewman will require you to have the appropriate cert, but the 20mm cannons on the galaxy/harraser/marauder will be available to anyone.

As far as implants, most likely no, it would cheapen the need for infantry escort if the crewman could spot stealths laying mines and the like.

If my memory serves me correctly - you need a cert to spawn/drive the vehicle but not to be passenger/gunner.
