couple questions

ok, here are a couple questions that i need to ask.
1. what key throws grenandes from your inventory?
2. is there anyway to map the reload for you gun to your mouse3 button, or to remap any of the firing keys?
4. how do you send out a broadcast; is it the same thing as a local message?

ohkay..there is a way to remap your keys..and its in your options button. to bind mouse3, just go to the reload space in keymap, and change it by clicking down the mouse3. The nades can be thrown with a hotkey, used by f1, f2, etc. or cchanged for yoru preference. Personally i like the hot key and the "r" to reload, feels like the standard fps controls. To broadcase use the command "/b". Hope this helps somewhat, i am confused as i am reading over this

1. Same key that shoots your gun. You just have to keep putting the grenade in one of your weapon slots. nade launcher > nades

2. Yeah, go to the keymap window and re-key them. Why would you want to change your fire button though?

3. What happened to 3?

4. Broadcast only works in the SOI you are in, and only if it is your empire's SOI. I don't know range on local.

sorry, let me clarrify. I meant the loose grenades, the frag of plasma that you hand throw. and with mouse 3, wanted to make that a reload key for faster reload, its just how i used to use it in counter strike, thats all. and are the hotkeys set through the options also? or do you press something special to get it to work?

Well you take off your lower armor and whip out your.........Oh wait you said ransack. my bad. just right click on it. woops thats for neocron. its your use key. default G
