How do you make game movies?
The process is rather simple really. All you need is a graphics card with a video out, a VCR to record the footage, a video capture card to get the footage back into the computer and some editing software to make it look pretty.

In my first try i captured screens with PhotoShop 5 from JumpGate.

There are 2 Files (contents are equal!) ,
FFK_Normal-Quality.avi (10MB)

and
FFK_High-Quality.avi (27MB better quality)
*G* i spend a lot of time in that;/

Then i tryed FRAPS its best software for recording ingame action that i found. Problem is only my PC, you need alot of recourcess if you record. But i havent the time at the moment:/ for experiments.
