1999 Mexicans Riot downtown after the parade ends.
2000 Mexicans Riot downtown after the parade ends.
2001 Fearing riots downtown the city council moves the celebration to the fairgrounds where, yep you guessed it Mexicans Rioted after the Parade.
2002 Cinco de Mayo Parade cancled by the city council. Mexicans Riot downtown anyway.
