Help... numerous server disconnects

I am currently on the 7-day trial. While playing the game, I get disconnected alot from the server Johari. Every 15-20 or so this will occur. My network connection remains up, ( cable modem ), and have updated drivers for the network card. When I log in I don't see any ping hit numbers for any servers, yet I can log into and play on Johari. After a while I get disconnected. It does not seem to be related to the number of people around me, it will happen at any time. Any help is appreciated. This does not occur with any other online game I play (DAOC).

Read my post on this board, its possible ur router if u have one or maybe a firewall, certain ports need to be open to play . all explained in my post.
